Welcome to Cozy Paws Wear. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of cozypawswear.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from it. The Site and store are operated by Cozy Paws Wear LLC, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States ("Cozy Paws Wear," "we," "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
1. WHO MAY ORDER. You must have reached the age of legal majority in your place of residence to make a purchase, and you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when ordering.
2. PRODUCTS & ORDERS. All products are sold as one-time purchases — no subscriptions, memberships, or recurring charges. Your order is an offer to buy; it's accepted when we send your order confirmation. We may refuse, limit, or cancel any order — including for suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, or stock unavailability — and if we cancel after payment, you'll receive a full refund to your original payment method.
3. PRICING & PAYMENT. Prices are shown on the Site and at checkout in the currency indicated, and the amount shown at checkout is the amount you'll be charged. Prices may change at any time, but changes never affect orders already placed. Taxes and shipping are calculated and shown at checkout. Payment is due in full at purchase through our secure, Shopify-hosted checkout; we never see or store your full payment details.
4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY. Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Delivery dates are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country, which are the recipient's responsibility.
5. RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATION. Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms, including a 30-day return window from delivery and cancellation of unfulfilled orders on request before fulfillment begins. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights you hold under the consumer-protection laws applicable in your country or region of residence.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. The Cozy Paws Wear name, logo, product designs, illustrations, photography, and all Site content belong to Cozy Paws Wear LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or create derivative works from them without our prior written permission.
7. ACCEPTABLE USE. You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping content, placing fraudulent orders, or using it for unlawful purposes. We may refuse service where these Terms are breached. If you ever have a problem with an order, please contact us first so we can make it right.
8. DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and products are provided "as is," our total liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, and your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
9. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules — provided that this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections of the laws applicable in your country or region of residence. We'll always try to resolve disputes informally first — write to support@cozypawswear.com. Unresolved disputes will be brought before the competent courts of New Mexico, except where applicable consumer law entitles you to bring or defend proceedings in your own country.
10. CHANGES. We may update these Terms from time to time; the version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.
